Rules and Regulations
- To rent a space, vendors must come to the Office and pay for the place before setting up.
- There are not refunds, credits or rain checks given.
- Sellers can not rent theirs booths to others vendors.
- Each vendor is responsible for leaving their space clean.
- The vendors should treat their customers with respect and kindness and dress appropriately.
- OBT Flea Market is not responsible for any vendors property or any liability arising out of the acts of vendors and their employees.
- Sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the property is totally prohibited.
- Prohibited illegal items, drugs, fireworks, explosive material, dangerous or poisonous substances.
- All adult material must be kept out plain view at all times.
- OBT Flea Market is not responsible for the merchandise or services offered by vendors.
